He rarely every feels truly satisfied however, and once his goal has been accomplished he is quick to move onto the next chase, the next thing that is just beyond his reach.
As a King, this usually translates to him being quite good at the job. He knows what needs to be done and he works hard to get it done and get it done right. He sometimes had a hard time delegating, if you want something done right, you better do it yourself, sort of mindset; however, he does value the opinion and guidance of others which has been helpful as a ruler. The people are generally fond of him as the King, he has maintained the ability to live and to thrive in the Venetian Kingdom for any race who wishes to live there.

However, when their fourth child was born a stillborn there began to be some tension between the two. He still cares about her but he often feels tension and sorrow when they are alone together. Abraxas has been known to have had several mistresses, it's not exactly a secret, though he doesn't openly flirt in the presence of the Queen.
As a father, Abraxas loves his children. He wants the best for them and sometimes his parenting and guidance can come across as a little overbearing, but like other aspects of his life, Abraxas is driven and he just wants to make sure that his children are everything they can be. Despite being hard on them sometimes, he also had a blindspot for them and will sometimes turn a blind eye to things they are doing that maybe they shouldn't be, unless it's something really appalling.

He was raised to be king and had lived with that expectation his whole life. He found a lot of pride in it and in his teenage years he certainly used his status to his advantage, but he cleaned up his act and by the time he became King the people were in support of him and felt like they would be in good hands.
He met Vivianna when they were children and they spent a lot of time playing together. Over the years Abraxas had crushes on a variety of women. One of those was the woman who would one became the Allaway Queen and even managed to kiss her once. This has been a spot of contention between Abraxas and Hunn. But that's not the only thing that happened between the two Kings. Once they were in a one-on-one battle tournament and it was a fairly good fight, though Hunn had a lot more training as a warrior. At one point Hunn was about win the battle but the battle was suddenly interrupted and it never finished. To this day the two of them argue about who would have won.
When Abraxas was not married by the time he turned 20, and knowing that he might soon become King, his parents urged him to wed. He was still very good friends with Vivianna and as she had no other prospects at that time he began to court her. A year later, at age 21, he married her. He loved her but it still felt pretty political until their first child was born. In that moment his love for grew exponentially.
